These files comprise the entire book. You may download them and use them for free, no strings attached. You may not excerpt or quote them without attribution, much less with somebody else's name on them.

I spent perhaps a thousand hours (over the course of four years) writing and rewriting the book. If 1500 people voluntarily paid $5.00 each, I would have earned minimum wage on it.
